Our History, Our Team

A little bit of History…

The Stepping Stones Career Fair was established over 10 years ago by a group of volunteers in partnership with the local tribal council. They had the idea to create a new career fair model that was more interactive and fun for Indigenous youth.

This new model focuses on organizations who are serious and committed to hiring First Nation, Métis and Inuit people; encourages and provides space for interactive, fun and entertaining displays; is highly marketed to enhance attendance and participation; and, utilizes high profile role models to inspire, aspire to and motivate.

All Secondary and Post Secondary Youth are invited to attend the Stepping Stones Career Fair.
